    Four Days of Rain = Getting Nowhere

    All the rain sure is making it tough to get the miles in.  I’ve had to resort to other measures.

    From yesterday’s workout…

    Number of GU Energy Gels consumed = 4

    Number of calories expended = over 1700

    Time spent on road bike = 2 hours

    Miles traveled = ZERO
